The location was magnificent, close to the center of Vienna. the comfort apartment I stayed in was warm and incredible. - the modern bathroom had all the necessary facilities such as a shower, hair dryer, and bath sheets for convenience.

well-organised room, new-fashioned, with a fan, opening windows plus kitchen. plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Stayed at this reasonably priced and charming place over the weekend; enjoyed the satisfying breakfast with warm eggs and ham served by the extremely polite staff.

Very bad mattrasses, Curtains that do not block outside ligth in bedroom (hence a brigth room at 7am), Cheap DVD player (that hence only works with brand new DVD's).

The staff were very friendly, especially the girl that worked during the week. She was more than happy to help and always greeted you with a smile.

Very good location in a quite center, close to the subway station. There are few good restrants not far from the hotel.

The personal will never show you the room and will never suggest you to help with your luggage (I was travelling by car with my wife and 2-years child and we had a lot of bags). The design of the apartments is awful (like in a hospital) and very, very, very cheap . The audibility in the room is also terrible (wake is at 8 a.m. because the personal starts to clean the yard and rooms). There are no plastic windows. The elevator can be used only by two people without luggage. Besides, they do not have a parking.

NON-SMOKING HOTEL, GREAT! Apartment and staff were very good. Comfortable stay and good value. Ask for a high floor at the back for quiet room.

Not in your control, but the customers from bar next door make a lot of noise at 2.00am. AVOID rooms 103/105 if you want to sleep in peace.

I had not realised that the reception closed at 6pm. What would have happened if my flight had been delayed and I arrived after 6pm? Arriving on late Sunday afternoon, we learnt that we had to walk over 1500 meters to find a shop for buying basic food. An emergency food pack would have been welcome. I could not see how to open the dishwasher machine! No instructions.

The hotel rooms were equipped with a microwave and a grill, as well as a water boiler and a coffee machine. It had enough dishes and also a cooking possibility and a big fridge. This was very convenient.
